What is Covered? 

Failures of Covered Drive Train Components Your OEM Warrantor Refuses to Repair
Subject to the terms, definitions, exclusions and limitations herein, your exclusive warrantor, SkyArmor Plus™, LLC (hereafter “SkyArmor™.” warrants to the initial retail purchaser of a Skyjacker® Qualified Kit that during term of this Supplemental Limited Warranty, SkyArmor™ shall repair or replace Covered Components in the event of Failure which, upon SkyArmor’s investigation/inspection proves: (a.) a Failure during the Term hereof of a Covered Component while that Covered Component is also covered by the original vehicle manufacturer’s (“OEM”) express driveline warranty and (b.) as to which the OEM warrantor denies coverage under its driveline warranty on the basis a Skyjacker® Qualified suspension kit was installed and caused the Failure. SkyArmor™ Coverage hereunder is expressly conditioned upon:

Installation of a Qualified Kit, on or after February 1, 2017 by a SkyArmor™ approved independent dealer or shop
according to Skyjacker® installation instructions and recommendations as to tire/wheel size. (See list of
Qualified Kits at your dealer or Skyjacker.com). Coverage begins 60 days after installation; customer application
and acceptance of vehicle/Qualified Kit installation by Sky Armor (complete on-line at SkyArmorplus.com).
Customer’s vehicle being covered by an OEM express drive train warranty at time the Skyjacker® Qualified
Kit was: (a.) installed by a SkyArmor™ approved independent dealer or shop and (b.) claim is made hereunder.
This Supplemental Limited Warranty is available only to retail Skyjacker® purchasers for vehicles first sold,
registered and used in U.S. or Canada. At time of claim, vehicle must be available for inspection and repair in
U.S. or Canada. SkyArmor™ reserves the right to reject any application for vehicles with pre-existing damage,
salvage, repurchased or other conditional title certificates and/or vehicles and aftermarket builds contrary to
Skyjacker® recommendations or warnings. See additional Exclusions below.
Customer providing acceptable written proof: (a.) the Failure of a Covered Part occurred during both the Term
of the vehicle’s OEM drive train warranty and this Supplemental Limited Warranty and (b.) the vehicle and
Skyjacker® kit components have been maintained per OEM service and Skyjacker® recommendations
applicable to owner’s use. Please keep all purchase and service/maintenance records.
Repair/replacement cost of all Covered Components does not exceed the Vehicle Limits defined below.
This Supplemental Drive Train Limited Warranty may be assigned to a subsequent retail purchaser of your
vehicle upon written request to SkyArmor™. SkyArmor™ reserves the right to request verification of remaining
OEM drive train warranty and acceptable proof of vehicle condition, service and maintenance history.

Exclusions: It’s a free program so don’t ask us to pay for wear and tear or non-suspension related Failures
The following are not covered under your SkyArmor™ Supplemental Limited Warranty: Any damage to your vehicle or property owned by others outside the Covered
Components described herein;

Progressive wear and tear or loss of performance of vehicle or any vehicle component. Emission control systems.
Electronic stability control components Failure, damage, or wear to Covered Driveline Components which, upon
SkyArmor’s inspection/investigation are in SkyArmor’s opinion a result of : (a.) lack of required maintenance or
routine service per OEM or Skyjacker® instructions or recommendations, (b.) fleet, rental or commercial use,
(c.) defects or use which pre-dates or post-dates installation of newly purchased and installed Skyjacker®
Qualified Kit by SkyArmor™ approved independent dealer or shop (d.) customers use of components not supplied
by Skyjacker® (e.) customer choice of vehicle configuration contrary to Skyjacker® recommendations, warnings or
applicable laws; Misuse, modification, alteration or addition of Skyjacker® or other suspension components,
accident, neglect, negligence, vandalism, fire, riot, war, road conditions, racing/or road competition, event or
display, tire wear, vibrations, operation without proper lubrication or coolant, excessive oil consumption, acts of
god; Vehicles on which the odometer has been tampered with or the reading altered; or Repair or replacement of
the Skyjacker® Qualified Kit and its components (See, separate coverage available under Skyjacker® Limited Warranty).

Exclusions: Limits of Damages, Consequential & Other Damages Disclaimed; Claims Required within 6 Months of Failure
Vehicle Limits of Liability: the maximum liability hereunder shall be the lesser of: (1.) SkyArmor™ obtained written estimates for repair or replacement of Covered Component Failure(s), (2.) the NADA provided wholesale value of the vehicle at the time of Failure or (3.) a maximum of $5,000 per vehicle. At the option of SkyArmor™ replacement of any part may be made with new or rebuilt OEM parts or aftermarket parts of like kind and quality at time of Failure. Notwithstanding paragraph 3, payment of the vehicle limits of liability hereunder shall operate as an expiration of the Term. SkyArmor™ payment hereunder shall further operate to assign to SkyArmor™ all customers’ rights to seek reimbursement from third parties, including other warrantors and insurers. Customer agrees to provide SkyArmor™ written assignment of subrogation rights and reasonable cooperation in collecting any such reimbursements.

Your Rights Under State Law
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND OTHER REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SKYARMOR PLUS™ LLC DISCLAIMs ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THE DURATION OF ANY LEGALLY REQUIRED IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SUPPLEMENTAL LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY SKYARMOR™ OR SKYJACKER®, TO ALTER, ENLARGE OR EXTEND WARRANTIES OR TO ALTER OR AMEND DISCLAIMERS.

Definitions Important to Your Supplemental Limited Warranty As used herein the following terms shall mean:
1. Covered Components;
A. Engine: All internal lubricated engine parts, timing belt, pulleys and covers, engine mounts, harmonics balancer, water and oil pump, manifolds, turbocharger housing, internal parts and vanes. Cases, housings, engine block and cylinder heads are only covered if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated part.
B. Front Driveline: All internal lubricated parts, propeller shafts, axle shafts, front hub bearings and constant velocity joints;
C. Rear Driveline: All internal lubricated parts, propeller shafts, bearings and axle shafts.
D. Automatic Transmission/Transfer Case: All internal transmission lubricated parts, vacuum modulator and torque converter.
E. Manual Transmission/Transfer Case: All internal transmission lubricated parts; provided, however, this Supplemental Limited Warranty does not include any manual clutch, throw-out bearings, pilot bearing or bushing, slave cylinders, pressure plate or clutch master cylinder.

2. OEM; shall mean the original manufacturer (ex. Ford, GM, Chrysler or Toyota) distributing for sale the vehicle upon which a Skyjacker® Qualified Kit is installed and providing a new vehicle express drive train limited warranty including the Covered Components described above.
3. Component Failure; Component Failure or “Failure” is defined as a defect in material or workmanship of an original drive train component supplied by the vehicle manufacturer or a component supplied in a Skyjacker® Qualified Kit which instantaneously renders a Covered Component inoperable. Failure does not include a gradual reduction in operating performance or expected service life due to: wear and tear, failure to maintain or damage resulting from a failure or wear and tear of a drive train or other vehicle component not covered herein.
4. Term: The Term of this Supplemental Drive Train Limited Warranty shall extend from the date sixty days (60) after installation of Skyjacker® Qualified Kit meeting the acceptance conditions stated above, until the earlier of: (1.) expiration of the original OEM drive train limited warranty covering the vehicle, (2.) 100,000 miles from date of new vehicle purchase or lease, (3.) five (5) years from the original in-service date of the vehicle upon which the Skyjacker® Qualified Kit is originally installed, as measured by the date recorded by the vehicle OEM. The Term shall not be modified by any third party extended warranty or other agreement or representation. SkyArmor™ reserves the right to modify any term herein including canceling this Supplemental Limited Warranty by notice posted on the SkyArmor™ website (SkyArmorplus.com) provided such modification/cancellation shall not affect claims submitted in writing as of the date of notice.

SkyArmor’s liability under this Supplemental Limited Warranty does not extend to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use (or loss of profits resulting there from), towing, storage, travel, substitute vehicle rental expense, injury to property or persons, or any other special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Any provision of this Supplemental Limited Warranty which is prohibited or not enforceable in any jurisdiction shall be, as to such jurisdiction, ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or non-enforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or non-enforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render non-enforceable any such provision in any other jurisdiction.

Any claim for Failure or breach of this Supplemental Limited Warranty must be made directly to SkyArmor™ within six (6) months after the alleged Failure or breach regardless of the party’s knowledge of the existence of the alleged breach. Not providing SkyArmor™ written notice of a claim or action within the six (6) month period shall constitute a full, complete and irrevocable waiver of the right to bring any claim or suit against SkyArmor™ related to this Supplemental Limited Warranty.

Your exclusive warrantor for this free Supplemental Limited Warranty is SkyArmor Plus™, LLC, an entity independent of Skyjacker Suspensions organized under Louisiana law. This Limited Warranty shall be made and construed under Louisiana law without reference to choice of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising with respect to this Supplemental Limited Warranty shall at SkyArmor’s election be resolved through either mediation, binding arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Louisiana.
